Delicate Umami / Clear / Refined Sweetness 

A Within sake production, three terms are used to distinguish between stages in the pressing process: Arabashiri for the first portions, and Seme for the last, leaving Nakadori to refer to the most pure and prized portion drawn off during the height. Presenting a luscious ginjo-style aroma, mellow and elegant sweetness, and a glossy texture that permeates through the whole length, it seems to bring time to a stand-still.

The pellucid water originating from the Suzuka Mountains and supply of good rice from the Ise Plain made this place as a right place for sake brewing.
The champion sake of 2018 Sake Competition and best seller of Zaku series. Lovely aromatic bouquet and taste profile that is very fruit forward with hints of pear and green apple. Well balanced with a smooth finish with ricer aftertaste. Pair well with a variety of cusines such as Japanese, French, Italian or Spanish.

Beef tataki, grilled fish, grilled vegetables, gambas al ajillo.
