The master sake brewer Takeshima san is one of most innovative sake brewers in the industry. Sensation series are brewed by Junmai Daiginjo class method but using Shiga local table rice in order to offer reasonable price. Nuances of vanilla and banana. Texture is clean, fresh and soft.

Hint of strawberry – purely surprised when sipped for the first time. Elegant and delicate. Existence of sake’s flavor itself is very strong – may pair well with desert as well. Best served in VERY cold
