Highest Gold awards count at IWC sake division. Dark amber, gold color with dried fruit and rich soy, chestnuts, caramel, cinnamon, and nutty flavours. Complex with delicate sweetness running through. 

To develop kijoshus, Hanahato studied an age-ode brewing technique that was used for the imperial court. What’s unique about this technique is that sake is added toward the end of the fermentation process to get a complex and deeply sweet flavor.
